Monaco, a small principality on the French Riviera, looks like something out of a fantasy. It offers everything from a clifftop mansion and yearly high-society ball to local distilleries and beautiful gardens. It is enormously glamorous, gloriously sunny, and undeniably enchanting.
Life in Monaco is leisurely, with every scene appearing to be captured by Slim Aarons' camera. It's no surprise that in the 1950s, Grace Kelly was enchanted with the world's second smallest country, a sun-drenched stretch of coastline nestled between France and Italy.
WHY WE LOVE MONACO
The Casino de Monte-Carlo, located in a spectacular Belle Epoque structure, cemented Monaco's reputation as one of the world's most iconic places. The Monaco Grand Prix which is a Formula One motor racing event conducted every year in late May or early June on the Circuit de Monaco is a must see too!
