Orders generally take 3-7 business days to process, package, and ship. All items are CUSTOM and made-to-order, meaning we produce your items specifically for you when you order. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. Orders may ship separately due to print and production time. 

No. Production starts right away, so we can’t change the size or color or cancel after you place an order. Check the size guide before you check out.

Yes, worldwide. Prices show in your local currency. You can switch currency at the top of the site.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight. Orders over $150 USD ship free.

For US orders, sales tax is added at checkout. Outside the US, any import duties or taxes are charged by your country on delivery and paid by you.

• US Domestic Shipping: 5 to 9 business days total (2 to 5 business days for fulfillment + 3 to 4 business days for standard transit). Using Express shipping drops transit to 1–3 business days (3 to 8 business days total). 
• International Shipping: 8 to 25 business days total (2 to 5 business days for fulfillment + 5 to 20 business days for standard delivery).

Everything is made for you, so all sales are final. We can’t accept returns or exchanges.  

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll replace it.
