CANNES

Cannes,  a French Riviera resort town, has long been synonymous with the glitz and glam of its annual film festival, which attracts thousands of celebrity sightings, like George Clooney and Cameron Diaz, as well as photographers. Cannes is an energetic and lively seaside destination all year, with a fair selection of luxury hotels, excellent cuisine, and lovely beaches. 

The Boulevard de la Croisette, which curves down the coast, is dotted with sand beaches, high-end stores, and opulent hotels. The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, a new structure with a red carpet and the Allée des Étoiles - Cannes' Walk of Fame — is also located here.
